I will always choose you first when ordering anything "floral", EXCEPT when it is going out of your delivery area. You have consistently produced some exquisite arrangements for me that I have been more than pleased with. This particular experience was not a good one. I received 2 emails; Saturday &Sunday, saying that the arrangement had been delivered. Which day?? They could not get the white vase with the silver cross. So now I'm getting clear glass. Not a good second choice in my opinion. But wait, apparently they didn't have white lillies either. Next time I will find a floral shop in the area myself and be very specific about what I will accept. Again, it's wonderful doing business with you and I will again and again. Just not happy with this entire incident.
